As the Sales Administration Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing all administrative functions and office operations, ensuring seamless efficiency and a stellar customer experience.


  • Precision in documentation: Accurately prepare contracts and finance documentation on an ongoing basis, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Compliance Support: Provide training and guidance to the sales team, ensuring adherence to compliance standards in documentation procedures.
  • Efficient Office Management: Manage all administrative functions within the Sales Offices, fostering an environment of productivity and teamwork.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure accurate data entry of customer records, maintaining a high level of data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Insightful Reporting: Prepare and distribute daily sales reports, offering valuable insights to drive strategic decisionmaking.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Liaise with Corporate Offices, cultivating strong relationships with multidepartmental teams to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
