They are growing rapidly and seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join their team.

About the role:


As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth for their largest and most strategic enterprise accounts.

You will lead and manage a portfolio of enterprise university customers, develop account plans, and ensure customer engagement and adoption of new product offerings and services.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze customer data, and provide insights and recommendations to improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of large, strategic enterprise university customers
  • Develop and implement account plans to drive adoption, engagement, and retention
  • Conduct regular checkins and work closely with customers to identify areas for improvement and growth
  • Conduct quarterly executive business reviews with all enterprise customers
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as product, sales, and marketing, to ensure customer success
  • Analyze customer data and provide insights and recommendations to improve the customer experience
