Customer Success Manager

At Triple Whale, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Enterprise clients, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customized success plans to meet client goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Support teams to provide maximum value to clients
  • Drive revenue and renewal forecasting, and identify opportunities to expand client suites of Triple Whale products
  • Lead client meetings, analyze customer usage, and develop resolution strategies to manage risk
  • Contribute to the continued development and improvement of the Triple Whale Customer experience
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience in the ecomm space, preferably from a SaaS environment
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner, flexible, and adaptable
  • Excellent computer skills and tech savvy
  • Service-oriented, passionate about providing top-notch service to clients
