What does the job look like?

Are you a highly organized and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a keen eye for detail and possess excellent communication skills? We have an exciting opportunity for you to become a key player in our organization as the CIO's Executive Assistant

Key areas:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CIO, efficiently handling and prioritizing urgent matters to ensure the optimal use of their time
  • Manage, prepare, and review highlevel complex communications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to meet business requirements
  • Conduct indepth research and analysis, providing the CIO with essential information to support wellinformed decisionmaking and strategic planning
  • Contribute to the development, monitoring, and implementation of administrative practices, systems, and procedures, optimizing efficiency and achieving quality outcomes
  • Take charge of special projects, creating impactful PowerPoint presentations, special reports, documents, and agenda materials
  • Handle travel management for the ADIT team, including itinerary planning for the CIO and obtaining approvals

This is not your typical EA role; we need someone who can think outside the box, is driven, and hungry to contribute significantly to our organization's success.

As an impactful member of our team, you will work closely with the executive leadership, supporting them in various administrative, strategic, and operational capacities.

You'll have the opportunity to be part of exciting projects and influence the direction of our company.

You can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting highlevel executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and concise interactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong research and analytical abilities to provide valuable insights to aid decisionmaking processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure
