Key Responsibilities Include:

Clinical Oversight: Delivering exceptional medical services, which involve evaluating residents' health statuses, tracking vital signs, and overseeing medication and treatment regimens. Wound Care Management: Administering wound care, preventing infections, and facilitating effective healing processes. Personalized Care Planning: Crafting and executing tailored care strategies based on the unique needs and medical circumstances of residents. Health Evaluation and Record Keeping: Performing comprehensive health evaluations, ensuring precise medical documentation, and recording any changes in residents' health conditions. Pain Relief Strategies: Addressing pain management issues and implementing effective pain relief techniques. Emergency Preparedness: Being equipped to respond to medical emergencies and coordinating necessary actions. Compassionate End-of-Life Support: Offering comfort and assistance during end-of-life scenarios, including palliative care.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Valid AHPRA Registration. Familiarity with Aged Care accreditation standards. Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a commitment to continuous learning. Strong collaborative skills and teamwork orientation. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
