Product Manager, Consumer Broadband (6-month Maximum Term Contract)

The Opportunity

Join our dynamic team on a six-month full-time maximum term contract as Product Manager, Consumer Broadband and oversee the complete product lifecycle for Vocus Consumer's Dodo and iPrimus broadband range. This role involves enhancing profitability, customer experience, and various metrics that define success for the portfolio.

What you'll be doing day-to-day

  • Maintain a deep, data-driven understanding of segment needs to develop compelling offers and initiatives.
  • Identify gaps in current offerings and strategize to deliver customer value propositions.
  • Create business cases to support new product development and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with product managers for pricing and strategy alignment.
  • Ensure precise execution of propositions across departments.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to enhance customer-facing systems.
  • Manage product lifecycle including price changes, exits, and migrations.
  • Contribute to revenue and profitability targets for the product portfolio.
  • Drive net SIO growth for the product portfolio.

What you'll bring to this role

  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in commercial product management, preferably in telecommunications.
  • Strong project management skills and operational execution.
  • Ability to distill complex problems into clear solutions.
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management.
