- 2+ years' experience in the telco industry
- A basic understanding of software development
- A hunger for knowledge and a curious mind
- Knowledge and understanding of industry trends

Skills and Experiences:
How will you support our "Why?"
Assist in maintaining our awesome game-changing products by driving remarkable (not ordinary) enhancements and changes providing our customers with an experience that sets us apart from our competitors.
- Enabling our product owners to prioritise features based on market need analyses and company strategies.
- Working closely with the Product Owners, Software Engineers and the technical teams to facilitate solution design.
- Assist the Product Owners to translate high level feature requirements into user stories.
- Monitoring product reporting and solutions are successfully meeting business goals based on company strategy and users' needs.
- Aid Product owners in tracking initiative progress against plan and reporting any variances as soon as they are identified.
- Conducting research into our competitors on behalf of the Product Owners
- Assist with maintaining and building product portfolio documentation.
- Design and maintain SharePoint knowledge base in collaboration with Product Owners
