Lets talk about you
Reporting directly to the Chief Infrastructure Engineering Officer, our General Manager Networks will play a critical role in developing and setting the strategic direction of our Network Infrastructure, which supports our products and services.
- A deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, internetworking, internet, and global interconnectivity.
- A strong ability to envision future focussed trends and develop solutions to bring those trends and capabilities to market.
- Experience leading an business function including budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, internal stakeholders and importantly people management and development.
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Lead fiercely from the front.
- Work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Lead organisations through change.
- Learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.
- Proven outcomes to challenge the status quo and deliver the 'art of the possible'.
An experienced technology leader, you will lead a team of multidisciplinary technical leads, specialists, and network engineers with the following key responsibilities:
- Setting the strategic direction of our network infrastructure that supports our products and services.
- Collaborating with the products team to develop new functionality for network capabilities.
- Driving a culture of service excellence and leading your teams to deliver unparallelled service outcomes and results. Core to Aussie Broadband's values is customer experience. You will champion providing industry leading network experience from a customer lead perspective.
- Leading, engaging and managing your teams to uphold Aussie's values and continually collaborate to find the best solutions.
- As a valued leader within our SLT, participate fully in the collective responsibility of delivering on our objectives, including engaging and collaborating with teams across Aussie Broadband.
