About the Role As the HR Executive, you will provide administrative support to the HR team and support the wider business with HR related queries and processes.

You will partner with all functions throughout the business providing a customer focused support model.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Working collaboratively with the HR team and broader business to deliver HR support and administrative needs relating to new hires, leavers, changes to employment conditions, employment contracts, generating reports and managing the integrity of data in the HRIS
Develop and produce HR Analytics that provide actionable insight, including the production of monthly HR Analytics for the Management pack and identifying trends and opportunities
Be the first point of contact for employees and people managers regarding policies, procedures and people processes.
Managing the 'Ask HR' drop box and following up all queries in a timely manner, escalating within the HR team as required
Supporting all people processes including but not limited to annual performance and salary review, goal setting and capability review and engagement survey
Engaging communication of HR updates, requirements activities and events
Owning the 'People Portal' creating an engaging intranet space for people information and updates

Own the pre-hire and onboarding process, ensuring an excellent, engaging candidate experience, preparing and collecting accurate information and documentation, managing queries and organizing required access and equipment.

Working collaboratively with people managers and teams including IT
Working closely with Payroll to support payroll processes (particularly for new hires and leavers)
Supporting the organisation of people activities and events including learning and development, engagement events and Diversity and Inclusion activations
Own the off-boarding process, conducting exit interviews, preparing all relevant paperwork and update HRIS
Supporting ad-hoc projects as required as part of the people strategy

About You To be successful in this role you will be able to work autonomously and manage projects from concept to completion.

You can work under pressure and meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and stakeholders and be an analytical thinker who is confident with data and reporting, finding insights and opportunities to improve.

Proven experience working in roles that require discretion and need to uphold confidentiality
Previous HR administration or recruitment experience and multiple stakeholder support essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven administrative and organisational skills
Knowledge of Workday HRIS (desirable but not essential)
Knowledge of SAP Ariba (desirable but not essential)
