About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Remuneration and Benefits team at HR Partners as a key contributor to the organisation's management of the Remuneration Policy.

As a seasoned professional with several years of experience in remuneration and benefits, you will be responsible for providing support in the execution of the annual salary review processes, managing and analysing costs and competitive trends in remuneration and benefits programs, and conducting market research and analysis to inform recommendations on overall employee remuneration and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of the organisation's remuneration and benefits strategy
  • Manage and analyse data to inform remuneration and benefits decisions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external vendors
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on remuneration and benefits matters

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Business, HR Management, Commerce, or a related field
  • Proven experience in remuneration and benefits, with a strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
