Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global HR Business Partners to develop and implement a cohesive HR strategy across regions.
- Provide expert HR advice and support to the Australian business, including employee relations, performance management, and learning and development.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with unions, negotiate agreements, and work towards mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Support the rollout of a HRIS across the company and refine HR processes to enhance employee handbooks and policies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of business partnering experience, with a proven track record of managing people and delivering results.
- Strong ER/IR experience, with the ability to navigate complex employment law and regulations.
- Experience working in a matrix structure, with a global perspective and understanding of international operations.
