Page Executive is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the defense industry. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.

Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Collaborate with Global HR Teams**: Work closely with other HR Business Partners globally to share best practices and contribute to a cohesive HR strategy across regions.
  • **Leadership and Communication**: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including the ability to work across different time zones and accommodate flexible hours for meetings.
  • **HR Strategy and Development**: Contribute to the evolution of HR services by building employee confidence, implementing wider HR strategies, and adapting policies to fit the needs of both UK and Australian operations.
  • **Process Improvement**: Refine HR processes, enhance employee handbooks, and lead initiatives to improve psycho-social health and welfare across the organization.
  • **Union Relations**: Play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with unions, demonstrating strong negotiation skills, and working towards mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • **Learning and Development**: Address the learning and development needs of the business in the Australian region to support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
  • **Generalist Employee Relations**: Provide generalist employee relations and other performance management and development duties.
  • **HRIS Implementation**: Support the rollout of a HRIS across the company.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 5 years of business partnering experience.
  • Proven experience in managing people and demonstrated ER/IR experience.
  • Historical experience working in a matrix structure and understanding global operations.
