About the Role
This role is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Managing Director and the executive team. They will be responsible for coordinating support tasks related to HR, Compliance and operations within the business.

This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Each day will involve any combination of the following tasks

  • Diary, inbox and document management
  • Travel and accommodation coordination
  • Meeting and event assistance including scheduling, catering, drafting communication and agendas
  • Office management
  • Manage expense reimbursements and assist with regular reporting

About You


With a knack for prioritising, a natural ability to develop and maintain positive relationships and a genuine interest in supporting the operational success of a business, you're an experienced Office Manager or Executive Assistant who's excited about a new challenge.


You will be trusted to get in and get things done and encouraged to bring your ideas to the table.
