YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL


We've recently implemented a design retainer for a beauty product client and require an Account Executive to manage this function.

This is an entry level role working closely with the Account Manager/Group Account Director.


This role will be responsible for managing and trafficking briefs through an online portal, working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure process is followed smoothly and efficiently, and artwork is executed and dispatched on time.

It will involve building sound client relationships, supporting Brand Managers to complete and upload their briefs with all required detail.

In addition, the AE will need to support our internal design team to help with prioritisation and daily task management.

Strong attention to detail, along with the ability to work within a pressured environment working to tight deadlines, will be key requirements of the role.


Further to running the design retainer, this role will get exposure to a range of other clients, supporting the wider Account Service team with project WIPs, timelines and finance admin like estimates, POs and job reports.

The AE role involves collaboration with agency departments including Creative, Studio and personnel to assure the execution and timely delivery of projects.


KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Preferably experience in a customer facing role
  • Eagerness to learn, learn new skills and take on feedback to develop in the role
  • Quick thinker, with a strong work ethic
  • Computer and IT skills including use of key Microsoft software programmes including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
