Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and maintaining the integrity of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Management: Verify and process invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Invoice Verification: Confirm that all invoices include the required documentation and meet company standards.
  • Payment Review: Conduct thorough reviews of payments to prevent errors and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of vendor statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Data Verification: Verify the accuracy of data input and ensure all supporting documents are complete and correct.
  • Work flow Management: Manage vendor work flow request tickets and Concur expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Financial Reporting: Authorize and document expenses, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Petty Cash Coordination: Manage petty cash reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inter company Transactions: Process inter company recharge and repair invoices efficiently.
  • System Oversight: Investigate and resolve system interface errors, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Financial Preparation: Handle inter company payments and clear balance sheet suspense accounts promptly.
  • Purchase Order Management: Prepare open PO without IR reports monthly and address any outstanding invoices.
  • Financial Accruals: Manage accruals for transactions and goods-in-transit, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Reconciliation and Reporting: Conduct inter company reconciliation and reporting in line with company time lines.
  • Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for resolving or troubleshooting issues related to PO/Vendor work flow/CONCUR.
