Key Responsibilities

  • Communication and Collaboration: Provide high-quality record management, ensure responsive communication, and promote Your Plan Manager within the industry and community.
  • Risk Management: Identify and report any risks to the Manager, maintaining current knowledge of the NDIS and related guidelines.
About You
  • Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience in a plan management role, with a diploma in Business Administration, Disability, Customer Service, or higher.
  • Skills and Abilities: Advanced understanding of person-centered support, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in using technology software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, enthusiasm for learning, and a commitment to our workplace values of collaboration, leadership, integrity, diversity, and human connection.
