About the role:

Work at Australia's only Theme Park Resort Interact with our guests during
check in and check out, take reservations, answer calls and assist guests
with their queries.

Duties:

  • Meet and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner during
check-in and check-out process

  • Collect, store and deliver guest luggage
  • Assist with guest needs, provide information and resolve general guest
concerns

  • Prepare internal reports and arrivals for the next day
  • Cash handling and accounts reconciliation

Skills and Experience:

  • A high level of interpersonal skills
  • Experience working under pressure and in a team environment
  • Passion and drive for exceptional customer service
  • Dedicated to excellence and to produce exceptional results
  • Available to work on any day including weekends and nights
  • Opera Property Management System experience desirable
