Tell me about this role:

***We are seeking a qualified accountant or finance professional who is passionate about numbers and spreadsheets. The position is a part of our Business Operations team and will have significant involvement in pricing and related aspects of the commercial function.

What will I be doing day to day?

  • Build, maintain and administer commercial related worksheets and documents
  • Coordinate executed commercial agreements as per precontract processes
  • Prepare DocuSign envelopes for signature
  • Assist with commercial escalations and contract extensions
  • Prepare, review and update pricing for projects using pricing tools
  • Provide guidance to pricing and bid support meetings as required by the Sales/Bid team
  • Assist the Commercial Lead with projects and task as required

What sort of skills do I need?

  • Demonstrated experience in a pricing or accounting related role
  • Accounting qualifications or similar (highly desirable)
  • Advanced Excel (macros & VBA desirable but not essential)
  • Good communication skills communicates with all levels
  • Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance
