As a Proposal Coordinator at Optus, you will play a crucial role in creating a strong and profitable customer relationship for Optus Business. Your key focus will be to support the overall Government account, with a primary focus on the Account Management and Pre-Sales teams.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Assist in the planning and execution of Proposals to build capability levels of the account teams.
  • Engage with and support the sales team on tenders and delivery of new sales orders.
  • Work with the commercial team to update pricing and contract variations.
  • Assist with proposal development and management of the delivery internal governance process for stakeholder approval.
  • Gather information required from the team and client to develop documentation.
  • Follow processes and procedures to bring an opportunity to close and claim.
  • Develop and build strong customer relationships.
  • Build robust Governance process and documentation.
Your Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Australian Citizenship for Security Clearance purposes.
  • ICT or Telecommunications background is not essential, but advantageous.
  • Knowledge of voice Products, NetAccess DSL, Mobile products, Data Products.
  • Excellent organisational skills with some Project Management experience.
  • Strong Communication, Customer Focused and solid relationship building skills.
  • Professional Presentation experience.
  • Proven track record with critical time Management and Task Prioritisation.
