Client:

Our client provides complex engineering services around Australia & Internationally. Due to annual leave cover we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the team on a short term 3 month contract.

In this role you will be working full time hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Office location is based in Abbotsford and 1-2 days working from home is also offered.

Prior office management experience is ideal.

3 Month Contract Commencing in mid March

You will have:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Experience in providing assistance to multiple Managers at any given time
  • A professional phone manner and clear and precise communication skills
  • Experience in preparing and reports on company marketing
  • Management of mail
  • Coordinating leadership meetings, minutes and agendas
  • Assistance with presentations
  • Preparation of monthly reports
  • Assistance with the organization and preparation of company functions
  • Intermediate to advanced user with Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel

    You will have a forward thinking approach to providing assistance to Management and will have a drive to work in a busy, fast-paced and challenging environment. You will be well presented with an outgoing yet professional & confident demeanor
