Part-time Marketing and Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an organised, resourceful, and creative Administrative and Marketing Coordinator to join our boutique team on a part-time contract basis, working two days a week.

This flexible role may be especially suitable for a local parent seeking a work arrangement that fits around their family commitments.

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and coordinating marketing initiatives for our studio.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Digital downloads from shoots and prep for the sales team

2. Coordinate marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and analysis of results.

3. Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.

4. Organise and maintain digital and physical marketing assets and archives.

5. Support the sales team by preparing sales materials, presentations, and reports.

6. Manage and update company website and social media channels.

7. Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
1. Great command of the English language and articulate in the spoken word.

2. At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or marketing role.

3. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet dead lines

6. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.

7. A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.

8. Residing in the local area for easy commuting and familiarity with the community.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
