Casual Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist - Emergency

Casual Grade 3 opportunity Predominantly cover for weekends and public holidays (7 hour shifts) Supportive team in a busy and vibrant Emergency Department

We are a team working together to deliver excellence in patient care, research, clinical supervision and student teaching. We enjoy a collaborative working environment with all members of the multi-disciplinary team to maximise the role of Physiotherapy in the Emergency Department.

Your new role:

Provide leadership of the physiotherapy service in the Emergency Department to ensure evidence based best practice and contemporary models of care. Ensure excellence in clinical care provision. Work autonomously and within the team.

About You:

You have extensive experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and have worked in an Emergency Department environment or advanced musculoskeletal clinics. You have post graduate qualifications in Musculoskeletal, Sports or Advanced Scope Physiotherapy (completed or working towards completion). You have a high level of clinical reasoning and clinical knowledge. You have well developed leadership and communication skills.
