We’re looking for an enthusiastic Front Office Manager who is passionate about delivering top-notch service and contributing to the magic of Kingfisher Bay Resort. This isn’t just a job; it’s a lifestyle Get ready to embrace island life and make your mark in our exceptional team.

This role requires you to move and live on the island at Kingfisher Bay Resort.

About the Role

The Front Office Manager is responsible and accountable for overseeing the Front Office Administration and Reception operations where the key role will be focused on Customer Service within a very busy and friendly, team-oriented environment. Some Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating the Daily incoming tour numbers for meals and accommodation. 
  • Reconcile Daily accounts and client billing.
  • Overseeing and assisting all reception operation including accommodation bookings, check in’s, counter service and answering telephones. 
  • Daily back-office operations notifying Accommodation Manager of any resort issue needing to be action.  
  • Fully overseeing Accommodated Tour Operations.
  • Induct and train staff to provide services at a consistent level. 

About You

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities and qualifications:

  • 2 + years Front Office Manager experience within a 3 star or higher Hotel / Resort. 
  • Proficient in using hotel booking software (Events Pro, SIHot, QuickTravel etc). 
  • Experience of working within an ever changing fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, even during unsupervised shifts.
  • Keen attention to detail, quick thinking, and ability for solving customer service challenges.
  • A dedication to providing a professional level of service, coupled with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Possession of a current First Aid Certificate or a willingness to obtain one
  • A valid open driver's license
  • The legal right to live and work in Australia
  • Knowledge or experience in an Accor properties (desired)
