Resort Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a skilled and professional Resort Front Desk Representative to join our dynamic Front Office team at Kingfisher Bay Resort on K'gari (Fraser Island). The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role in a large hotel or resort-based environment and be able to provide exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all incoming and outgoing guests to the resort and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Accurately allocate rooms and maintain guest accounts, billing arrangements, and payments.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests and respond to their queries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage phone calls and direct guests to the appropriate check-in area.
  • Coordinate bus arrivals and guest arrivals, and ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in daily cashiering procedures, credit card reconciliation, and knowledge of property management systems.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
