You'll be responsible for

  • Managing the development and execution of the onboarding of new suppliers to ensure they meet customer and compliance requirements.
  • Managing the property and motor supplier relationships and monitoring supplier performance.
  • Developing and providing support to the IT platform provider on allocation adjustments and identifying high and negative performance with supply chains.
  • Identifying strategies to ensure clear line of sight on the supply chain to meet new Code of Practice requirements.
  • Acting as the primary contact for all building, restoration and IT platform supply chain providers.

About you

  • Extensive experience in property or motor claims assessment/management role, building industry or managing supply chain.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
  • Ability to influence across multiple lines of business by bringing awareness to areas that require improvement.
  • Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
