Work collaboratively and engage with stakeholdersContribute to the health and wellbeing of our employeesFlexible working arrangements availableThe Claims Manager is a role within Human Resources, Wellbeing and Safety and is accountable to the Manager, Career Support for:

  • Providing a comprehensive workers compensation claims management service in accordance with the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act and WorkCover Performance Standards for Self-insured Employers.
  • Applying early intervention measures in response to workers compensation claims.
  • Consulting with relevant stakeholders involved in the injury management process.
  • Addressing performance/system requirements and maximising the return to work of injured staff.

Role Status:

Term up to 27/06/2025.Must be a certified Return to Work Coordinator (as per the Return-to-Work Act 2014) is desirable.
