**Manager Claims Performance - ASO8**

The Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Regulator is responsible for delivering a fair and competitive CTP Scheme with choice, ease and confidence for the SA community. Overseeing CTP Insurer’s activities is a key part of the CTP Regulator’s role.

**Job Summary**

Focussing on claimants’ wellbeing, the Manager, Claims Performance leads the Claims Performance team to carry out regulatory oversight of claims management performance of the CTP Insurers.

**Special Conditions**

This is a 24-month term position. Some out of hours work may be required. Intrastate and interstate travel may be required. The incumbent may be required to be assigned to another position at the same classification level across the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF). The incumbent will be required to participate in the CTP Regulator’s Performance Discussion Program.

**Requirements**:
Relevant tertiary qualification and proven experience of working in personal injury claims is essential for this role.

Salary Range: $117,554 - $121,992
