The other essentials we are looking for:

Experience in a customer service environment desirable. Experience with the elderly, aged care, continence education, wound care or Pharmacy. Knowledge of NDIS fundamentals is beneficial. Well-developed computer skills in Microsoft Office package. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage in professional communication skills both written and verbal. A passion for customer satisfaction and strong interpersonal skills.
