Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Airport Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers and ensuring a smooth and efficient airport experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Deliver a high standard of customer service to all passengers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Queue Management: Manage queues effectively, ensuring passengers are directed to the correct queue and specific areas in the airport.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with OH & S Regulations and Company OH & S Policies to ensure the safety of passengers and other employees.
  • Reporting: Report any incidents immediately and maintain awareness of obligations involved in reporting incidents.
  • Teamwork: Build strong working relationships with all airport and dnata team members, promoting a positive company image.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with people from diverse backgrounds, dealing with confidential and sensitive situations.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively manage multiple issues and effectively resolve them in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements:

  • Commitment: Commitment to dnata values and operating procedures.
  • Adherence: Adhere to all company safety, policy, procedures, and processes.
  • Desirable Experience: Desirable experience in customer service-oriented roles, dealing with difficult situations, and high-volume customer service.
  • Ability: Ability to handle pressured and stressful job situations, working unsupervised at times, and in a changing and fast-paced team environment.

Working Conditions:

This role requires permanent 24/7 availability, with successful candidates working on a rotating roster, 7 days a week.

Security Clearance: Employment with dnata Airport Services Pty. Limited is conditional upon a satisfactory security clearance (ASIC) and a pre-employment medical/Drug & Alcohol test.
