The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a NSW Service Support Manager based out of our Fairfield branch to manage the day-to-day operational activities of the Service Department across New South Wales. The NSW Service Support Manager will oversee team management, safety, WIP management, quote variance, productivity, work quality and vehicle recovery, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service in line with the Komatsu Customer Support Charter to meet the expectations of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, create, and maintain multiple links between our business divisions concerning all aspects of Identifying and maximising efficiency improvement opportunities within the Service business.
- Support the Machine, Parts & Service Sales efforts by developing Service process offerings that complement the divisional sales growth strategies.
- Ensure Customer service levels are of a high standard by identifying areas where speed, accuracy and professionalism of transactions can be improved and taking proactive action to continuously improve these areas.
- Develop reporting to provide the business with comprehensive data detailing the process improvements and time savings.
- Review current administration tasks performed within branch operations to understand tasks that can be streamlined and improved to reduce administrative load on branch staff
- Develop and support training initiatives across a broad range of platforms.
- Train and mentor, a broad range of stakeholders in the application of the overall service process

What we are looking for:
- Customer focused and proactive in identifying solutions and offering support to others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in a Service process role.
- Able to build and maintain professional relationships with internal parties.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in reporting to a high standard.
- Ability to review business process and develop sound management plans to limit exposure to company.
- Efficiently work within the Microsoft Suite of software.
- Capital Equipment maintenance & asset management experience essential.
- Demonstrated experience operating at a senior level within a Service Business
Qualifications
- Mechanical or Electrical trade background desired but not necessary.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration desired but not necessary
