Service Operations Manager

Job Opportunity:
As the Service Support Manager, the objective is to oversee the daily operations of the Service Department by managing the team effectively and ensuring safety, efficient work-in-progress (WIP) management, quote accuracy, productivity, high work quality, and vehicle recovery, all while upholding a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain connections across various business divisions related to the service sector.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
- Develop reports that provide comprehensive data on enhancements and time-saving initiatives for the business.

Requirements:
- Experience in managing a service operation will be highly regarded.
- Exceptional Administration skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and motivating teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with experience in delivering presentations.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as MS Office Suite.
- Relevant degree or Trade qualification is preferred.
