Our client based out in Western Sydney is an award-winning, market leader in the design and manufacturing of industrial equipment using their technical expertise to focus on clients' needs and have been delivering exceptional products since the 1980s.

Job Description



The key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Help maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Process invoices, expense forms, and other financial documents.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Prepare journal entries.
  • Conduct reconciliations of bank accounts and balance sheet accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy.
  • Perform other accounting duties as assigned.



The Successful Applicant

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
