Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement key account plans that result in continuous share growth for CSR and align these with desired customer growth outcomes.
  • Leverage CRM Project Tracking to identify appropriate Commercial segment opportunities and negotiate with the internal Commercial team to determine which ones to assign to resellers vs service direct.
  • Analyse and structure data to tell compelling commercial stories.
  • Author and deliver professional presentations to key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years business development / commercial planning experience.
  • Experience of the building industry or construction materials is desirable.
  • Experience in influencing and negotiating commercial outcomes that deliver win-win outcomes.
