ROLE PURPOSE

Haleon is a world-leading consumer health company with a purpose to deliver better everyday health with humanity. It has leading brands like Panadol, Voltaren, Centrum and Sensodyne. You will be accountable for making a real difference in our clients’ business—and our own. 

The Account Executive provides mid-level assistance in the Accounts and Performance area. This role allows for development opportunities within client servicing, account management and hands-on learning for a variety of tools & platforms. Additionally, there are opportunities to develop into the digital and offline media space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

EXECUTION

  • Management of Lumina (media plan system), input buys and actualisations.
  • Owning the PO tracker, helping to load into BMD, invoice and account queries etc.
  • Overflow work for search, social and programmatic – opportunity to learn in these areas from local experts.
  • Monthly reporting assistance to the digital managers – bridge the gap between PGD (offshore resource) and managers.
  • Assistance to campaign implementation across digital and offline channels.
  • Admin assistance on exciting digital content partnerships with key partners such as Mamamia, News.com.au and Spotify.
  • Administrating ‘The Observatory’ – assisting in the uploading of documents and ensuring compliance for research etc.
  • Monthly reporting and dashboard assistance to deliver key learning to client brand teams.

 

TEAM & COMMUNICATION

  • Developing strong working relationships with:
  • Clients - Learn how to build strong relationships with the Haleon Digital team and ensure there is an effective working relationship between client and agency.
  • Digital Activation Team - Work with the specialists within the Digital Activation Team (eCommerce, Programmatic, Social & Search) to ensure high quality output.
  • Account Service Team - Build strong relationships with the Account Service Team to ensure that workflow between teams is effective and collaborative + Assist in all client communications and foster strong relationships with Haleon.

 

 

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Preferably a degree or higher education qualifications.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a media buying and/or media planning role at an agency across digital and/or offline channels .

  • Someone who is keen to learn and grow their knowledge both in the digital/offline space and in the client servicing department.
