The Opportunity

As Field Sales Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Field Sales Team to assist customers and carryout associated admin duties to ensure we deliver on our customer promise. It translates into providing an exceptional level of customer service to customers and internal stakeholders regarding the Blackwoods product range and meeting sales targets. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity office-based in Canning Vale, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to support the WA Field Sales team by coding and quoting high value orders, price file maintenance and provide overall sales support for non-customer interactions.
  • At times work with customers directly to understand the range of products available to them to source fit for purpose solutions.
  • Continuing to exceed customer satisfaction levels and meet agreed SLA and KPI’s
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience required:

  • Demonstrated experience in Sales Support with a solution focus
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence multiple functions in a large business
  • Operational logistics understanding
  • Industrial and Safety experience desirable

Skills:

  • Good communication skills with the ability to work autonomously
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm to learn and grasp new skills and computer systems
  • Strong & effective team player - working well within a team environment is critical as our culture is our number one priority
  • The ability to demonstrate initiative and maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • A high degree of personal accountability is required, with a commitment to achieving your KPIs and owning your results
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and previous CRM experience desirable but not essential
