What success looks like in this role:

The CTO is an IT Enterprise Architect, CTO and technology / Business value evangelist who has overall responsibility for the technology program on leading Unisys accounts and for assisting the sales and Client Executive and operational teams in delivering the contracted services

The Client CTO has a deep understanding of the client’s key IT and business challenges, focus areas and business objectives.

Work with individual teams and Global Delivery and Capability Leads to identify opportunities, deliver the contracted services and change projects.

Main objective and responsibility of the Client CTO will be to help our customers, on that journey.

Is responsible for taking a leadership role in Strategic Business Planning, Service Excellence and Improvement and Applied Innovation Programs, whilst ensuring improved Governance maturity.

Focus on the overall strategy with the Client and the account leadership team to define and develop the IT strategic roadmap within the scope of services contracted.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Architecture:

Manage, use and maintain IT/technology architecture models and create a client specific strategy for the area

As Client CTO, you serve as a trusted advisor to the customer in technology related matters.

Work in partnership with the client executive and operational teams to identify new opportunities to expand our portfolio of contracted services.

Drive internal offering & capability development to meet client needs. Provide feedback and input whilst working with our portfolio and capability units.

Identify, evaluate, and recommend Proof of Concepts, Proof of Value and other solutions that contribute towards building a business case for the customer in respect of new, enhanced or different technologies that would serve its purposes better.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations

Innovation & Leadership

Drive and coordinate the Applied Innovation and Service Excellence programs

Be an ambassador for the Unisys Service Lines, educating both the Unisys Account teams and Client personnel on the Unisys future strategy, service roadmaps and overall solution architecture

Contribute to the technical dimension of Account Plan and produce annual account technology roadmap

Client relationship

Drive up client satisfaction and identify new opportunities to increase client value.

Technical single point of contact and primary Unisys technical representative.

Work with Client C suite to ultimately deliver Unisys growth.

Projects & Change Management:

Analyze and manage customer requirements, and work with the project/change team to develop project plans and associated documents needed to deliver the solution

Work with the Change/Project team

Communicate solution architectural design and service specifics to Client stakeholders

You will be successful in this role if you have:

NV1 Security Clerance is required for this role.

Expertise in IT Service Delivery or Presales

Experience as technical lead for a major technology implementation or technical project / program.

Bachelor's degree in a technology related field or equivalent experience

At least 15 years’ experience as an IT Architect, CTO and Innovation leader

Driven, self-motivated and distinctive personality who is able to motivate himself and others·

Strong know-how in Digital Workplace and the subcomponents required to deliver a modern digital workplace

As the role will entail working with multiple clients and regular travel is required.

Must be eligible for Security Check (SC) level security clearance.
