At Emanate Technology, we're looking for a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Bruce, ACT. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a critical role in delivering secure, resilient technology solutions across Cloud and on-premises platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • You'll provide technical support across Wintel and Azure environments, including Cloud and on-premises systems.
  • You'll independently manage and implement technology changes, ensuring alignment with standard practices and stakeholder consultation.
  • You'll collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure resilience in the technology environment.
  • You'll maintain security and service standards during system updates, ensuring no disruption to the organisation's information security or resilience.
Requirements
  • You have proven experience in Wintel and Azure environments, including Azure AD, O365, VMware ESX, and Windows Server.
  • You possess strong knowledge of network and security management, including Fortinet firewalls, Aruba networking, application whitelisting, and vulnerability management.
  • You're proficient in PowerShell scripting, SCCM packaging, SQL, and managing digital certificates.
  • You're an effective communicator, able to document technical processes and engage with non-technical stakeholders.
  • You're skilled in both project-based and BAU work, with a high attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.
