We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to partner with our Fleet Controller to update and notify our clients of freight movements.This is a great opportunity for a customer service professional to strengthen their knowledge and understanding of the transport industry.

Reporting to the Fleet Controller and working in a collaborative, challenging and exciting environment, you will: 

  •  Provide timely and effective updates to the clients
  • Adopt the latest technology to enhance the end user experience
  • Collaborate with the wider team including the Managing Director, Administration Team and Operations Manager
  • Operate within a highly energised environment 
  • Proactively seek additional responsibilities to further support the growing team of Transportation professionals
  •  Adopt a curious mind and absorb the knowledge and expertise of the well-connected team

To be successful in this role you will bring a demonstrated ability to multi-task whilst working in a busy environment. In addition, proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook and clear communication skills. A basic understanding of the transport industry is advantageous, but not necessary.
