Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Senior Service Advisor. This role involves working in a team of 3 (secondary service advisor and parts interpreter) and reporting directly to the owner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks and data entry as needed.
  • Schedule customer appointments, gathering clear details about their issues
  • Ensure job cards are complete and detailed accurately
  • Assign tasks to the right technicians and optimise workshop resources to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Track job progress to ensure deadlines are met and suggest additional work that can be completed on the same day.
  • Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicles.
  • Procuring parts from suppliers across Australia, comparing prices to secure the best deals.
  • Recommend and schedule repairs before the next service is due
  • Issue customer accounts, provide quotes and inform customers about additional required work
  • Follow up with customers to schedule quoted work promptly.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers.

About You:

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Consistent high performer who takes pride in their work and goes the extra mile.
  • Current C Class Driver's Licence.
  • Passionate about the automotive industry.
