Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize all parts sales by liaising with clients and providing regular inventory flow to ensure adequate supply.
  • Provide parts interpreting services and support to Townsville Branch activities.
  • Make phone contact with clients to increase business and promote new products and improvements.
  • Build relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business and use of genuine parts.
  • Stay informed of latest product developments and updates to maximize advantage.
About You
  • Completion of a certificate in Parts Interpreting or equivalent industry training and/or experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a parts interpreting or related industry role.
  • Sound knowledge of MTU, Detroit Diesel, Allison, and other associated products sold through our Parts departments.
  • Basic knowledge of internal combustion engines and automatic transmissions.
