About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit team in Townsville. This role is a full time 12 month maternity leave contract (with opportunity of extension for the right candidate).
This position will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
- Answering and responding to incoming calls and enquiries
- Providing quotations and following through to order placement and successful on-time delivery to customers
- Liaising with the broader business to best service our customers
- Procuring product for customer orders
- General administration duties
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have experience in customer service
- Be diligent, with a high level of attention to detail
- Be a positive team player with the willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
- Be proactive and have excellent customer service skills
- Be computer literate
