We are seeking a collaborative and driven individual to join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant in Client Agendas, Industry & Sector (CAI&S) Market Activation team and make a tangible impact on Deloitte's key firm priorities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated team player to step in a Senior Consultant role, and further their career within our firm.
We are open to candidates based in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth.
What will your typical day look like?
As a Senior Consultant in CA&S, you'll be at the forefront of executing strategic programs designed to build and maintain a strong pipeline across key client agendas. Your days will involve collaborating with senior stakeholders and the wider team to influence Client Agenda strategies, manage program execution, and deliver client-facing market activations.
You’ll be implementing an operational cadence that aligns with business objectives, ensuring that each project is delivered with precision and excellence. You'll be tracking the effectiveness of these initiatives, providing valuable insights through optimal reporting, and driving the coordination of various client-facing events like Greenhouses, labs, and workshops.
You'll also play a pivotal role in crafting and refining Deloitte’s strategic messaging, positioning our offerings in a way that stands out in the marketplace. Whether it’s through supporting marketing initiatives, contributing to thought leadership, or driving growth for go-to-market efforts, your work will be integral to enhancing Deloitte’s brand awareness and reputation.
This is a dynamic position that requires a proactive approach to managing timelines, processes, and outcomes, ensuring that each project not only meets but exceeds expectations.

You have a positive attitude, enjoy working collaboratively and are ready to take the next step in your career. You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
3 – 4 years of relevant experience within a related area in Marketing
Sound understanding of strategy development and execution
Demonstrated ability to develop and coordinate the rollout of plans/activations
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a high-performing team environment
Strong project management skills with the ability to drive end-to-end marketing activities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with meticulous attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within a related field
