About your role

UGL's Manufacturing & Maintenance business are searching for a high performing Project Accountant to join our high performing Finance team. This role will be offered on a full-time permanent basis and located at our Broadmeadow site.

Reporting to the Senior Project Accountant, your role will support a comprehensive range of project accounting responsibilities, ranging from bid processes to financial reporting and reconciliation.

You will support our Project Managers with dashboard reporting, collaborating on data interpretation, providing recommendations, and assisting in future planning/forecasting. 


About you

As the Project Accountant, you will have business finance or accounting experience and ability to navigate a fast-paced environment. You will also have extensive experience in data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, coupled with a strong foundation in information systems.

Skills & experience required:

  • Customer focused, team oriented, accountable and results driven
  • Strong MS Office skills in particular Excel (pivot tables) & Power Point
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance
  • CPA/CA/CFA certification desirable
  • SAP experience desirable
