ABOUT THE ROLE

In the role of the Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the main employee of operations, guaranteeing smooth transactions and unparalleled customer satisfaction. From managing orders to liaising with clients and supporting the sales and technical teams, you'll be at the forefront of their success. 

DUTIES

  • Process customer orders and deliveries
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Manage stock availability and schedule transport
  • Assist with stock-takes and process freight invoices
  • Support sales and technical teams in meeting customer expectations

 
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Logistics knowledge preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience in customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethics and a team player
