**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is a proactive and motivated to join the Business Optimisation and Quality Team within the Regulatory Schemes Unit of the Licensing and Funds Branch of the Better Regulation Division.

This position will support an operational customer service team within the NSW Biofuels (Secretariat and operations functions,) FuelCheck NSW, ACT and TAS as well as the NSW Rental Bond Board Secretariat.

**Your core responsibilities will include**:

- Support the Secretariat functions for Biofuels and Rental Bond Board.
- Assist the fuel retailers and Industry experts with enquiries related to Biofuels and FuelCheck.
- Identify and analyse best practice to develop and deliver improved service standards and provide recommendations to senior management regarding emerging issues. You will also work closely with the Compliance team and provide specialised support.
- Provide high-level business, administrative and support services to facilitate the efficient delivery of business operations and services to agreed standards.
- Keep up to date with legislation, policies, procedures, and guidelines to provide accurate information and a positive customer experience while ensuring compliance with, legislation, standards and the integrity of the service and quality.
- Prioritise and coordinate workflows in a high-volume work area to meet competing demands with critical deadlines from multiple sources given conflicting priorities and rapidly changing agendas.

**What we need from you**

Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at $101,947 base plus superannuation.
