The Opportunity:  

Urbis has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and energetic Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our National People & Culture team based in Sydney

In this role you will provide recruitment support to internal stakeholders from start to finish, playing an integral part in supporting Urbis & Cistri in our strategic objectives and projected growth plans.

Your innovative approach to sourcing and talent attraction will enable us to proactively attract and build a robust talent pool, ensuring our business remains at the forefront of the industry.

You will:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a broad range of roles. This includes posting advertisements, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking, and making offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs as well as supporting them through the interview process, providing coaching and support where necessary. Proactively create talent pools, developing innovative sourcing and talent attraction techniques to identify and secure the talent required by the business Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding Liaising with the broader People and Culture team to successfully manage the recruitment process through to employment offer and induction Contribute to People & Culture and Talent Acquisition projects e.g. employer value proposition, student internship program and others as required

About you:

1-3 years of proven experience working in an internal or agency recruitment consultancy role Previous experience recruiting in related disciplines, (Urban Planning, Urban Design, Property, Professional Services, etc) highly desired Tertiary qualifications in business or related area Working in a high-volume recruitment role, managing a variety of positions End to end recruitment of senior and junior level candidates (phone screens, interviews, on-boarding, references, advertising etc)
