Have meaningful impact as a **Talent Acquisition Consultant.**
**YOUR ROLE**
You will also play a critical role in communicating our people value proposition to the market and work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team to align to the IAG’s strategy, divisional people plans and HR strategy, so get ready to make a difference.
This role will be supporting our Corporate functions division which includes Group Risk, Finance, Legal and HR. You’ll bring your out of the box thinking to source the best talent in the Insurance space. The environment you will step into is fast paced and complex but there is team to support you every step of the way. To be successful in this role you’ll have excellent relationship building skills, ability to communicate & engage well across all levels.
**This is a 6 month contract and can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.**
**ABOUT YOU**
- Internal recruitment experience within financial services is ideal but not essential
- You’ll bring with your can-do attitude along with sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- You act fast and see delivery through to the end
- Showcase your ability to build long lasting trusting relationships through consistent delivery and your consultative approach
- Prior experience of working cross-functionally to support a large and complex organisation is a plus
- Highlight your demonstrated ability to be a team player
- Most of all, you’re you - no need to pretend to be anyone else, just bring your whole self and make an impact in the work that you do
