**About the role**

Responsible for the end to end IT talent acquisition activities across the HCF group. Working closely with the business, you will build collaborative relationships with both hiring managers and the wider people & culture team to provide exceptional recruitment solutions for the business

12 Month maximum term parental leave contract

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Work collaboratively with IT Hiring managers and HR Business Partners to advise, build and implement recruitment solutions.
- Provide talent insights and market trends intel to hiring managers
- Build and design the most appropriate and effective sourcing strategies including the engagement and management of vendors
- Design effective advertisements for job vacancies and select appropriate mediums for advertising the roles.
- Assist with the implementation of a new HRIS system.

**About you**
- Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition consultant specialising in IT recruitmemt in either an Internal or agency environment
- Experience managing the end to end recruitment across a range of IT roles
- Demonstrated business partnering experience with exceptional stakeholder management, and strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Previous experience with a Workday implementatation or experience using workday will be an advantage
- A positive, flexible, self driven and outcome focused attitude
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
- Previous experience with developing talent pipelines through multiple channels (job boards, social media, careers campaigns and search).
- Love working in a close-knit team environment
- Tertiary level qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline is desirable
