Laser Clinics Group are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Consultantwho shares our passion for helping more people feel their version of GOOD.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play an integral role in delivering network growth for the business and will be responsible for high volume recruitment into our clinics across Australia. You will also build and maintain a pipeline of talent to support future growth plans.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate all hiring requests and align sourcing strategies in franchise and corporate clinics.
  • Post advertisements to Job Boards
  • Conduct interviews with candidates
  • Coordinate offer process
  • Develop pipeline of talent on recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium Talent Search (PTS), Indeed or other job boards
  • Work with the field team to source staff for our network of clinics
  • Screen applicant resumes and phone screen applicants
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and shortlisted candidates and assist with interviews where needed
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate offer process in consultation with the hiring manager

We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have:

  • Demonstrated high volume recruitment experience, either in agency or internal
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines as required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Goal oriented and motivated by working with ambitious targets
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and written and verbal communication capability.
  • Experience using recruitment systems 
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium Talent Search (PTS), Indeed and other job boards
  • Experience working in the aesthetics, beauty or retail industry is preferred but not essential.
