As Tender Coordinator  you will be responsible for managing the assessment, compilation and submission of tenders and proposals for projects and contracts and maintaining compliance to the minimum standard for the estimating function. What you will bring: Certificate in Business Administration or related field desirable. Prior experience in tender/bid/proposal environment is essential. Strong knowledge of relevant construction norms and industry rates. Previous experience in estimating for both lump sum and long-term contracts. Sound capability to use Data Management Systems to maintain records and integrity. Confident and capable user of procurement and costing processes and systems. Confident and capable user of MS Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel and Power Point) to assemble and maintain documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Australian working rights. Responsibilities: Liaise directly with the Bids/Tenders/BD team to support the effective compilation of tenders and proposals Experience in tender/bid/proposal environment is essential. Be the focal point for handling tender enquiries and providing estimating advice to the business unit. Coordinate tenders and proposals to ensure adherence to the Monadelphous Business Management System and applicable Awards/legislation. Prepare written communications, diagrams, charts, graphs, ensuring accuracy & completeness while being tailored to the client. Analysing qualitative or quantitative data, drawing conclusions and making recommendations for action. Why us?
